Overall, both groups were more satisfied with opening hours than with IT support, while full-time students generally expressed more positive opinions than part-time students.
Regarding opening hours, the majority of full-time and part-time students (87% and 72%, respectively) were very satisfied. Only 1% of the full-timed respondents were not happy with the hours, whereas the figure for part-time students was a little higher, at 5%. The remaining 12% of surveyed full-timers reported being quite happy with this service, as opposed to nearly a quarter of part-time students who gave the same feedback.
In contrast, opinions on IT support were more mixed. While 54% of full-time students were very happy and 31% were quite satisfied, only 20% of part-time students reported being very happy and 35% being quite happy. Additionally, only 15% of full-time students were not satisfied at all, compared to 45% of part-time students, which was three times as high.

Overall, classes containing between 21 and 30 students (including both the 21–25 and 25–30 categories) were the most common across all regions, whereas classes with fewer than 20 students consistently accounted for the smallest shares.
Focusing on the 25–30 student group, the Australia Capital Territory recorded the highest proportion, at 51%, meaning that over half of its classes fell into this category. Western Australia also had a relatively large share at 42%, while the figures for New South Wales and South Australia were lower, at 37% and 33% respectively. In contrast, South Australia had a slightly higher proportion of classes with 21–25 students (35%), compared to 33% for the 25–30 group.
Regarding larger classes of more than 30 students, New South Wales had the highest percentage at 33%, whereas the Australia Capital Territory had the lowest at just 10%. Meanwhile, the proportion of classes with fewer than 20 students remained minimal in all states, ranging from only 1% in the Australia Capital Territory to 5% in Western Australia.
