The line graph illustrates the proportion of individuals from three different age groups who engaged in regular physical exercise in a European country over a 20-year period from 2000 to 2020.
Overall, participation in exercise increased among younger and middle-aged groups, while the oldest group showed a more modest rise. Notably, the 18–29 age group consistently recorded the highest levels of activity throughout the period.
In 2000, approximately 40% of people aged 18–29 exercised regularly, compared to around 30% in the 30–49 group and just 20% among those aged 50 and above.
Over the next decade, the figure for the youngest group rose steadily to nearly 55%, before reaching a peak of about 65% in 2020. Similarly, the 30–49 age group experienced a gradual increase, climbing from 30% to roughly 50% by the end of the period. In contrast, although the oldest group also saw an upward trend, the growth was less pronounced, rising from 20% to only about 35%.
In summary, while all age groups became more physically active over time, younger individuals were consistently more engaged in regular exercise than their older counterparts.

Without sufficient academic training, graduates may lack the technical competence required to perform effectively in their careers. Furthermore, universities have traditionally been institutions of knowledge, and prioritizing academic rigor helps maintain their educational standards.
On the other hand, practical skills play a crucial role in the modern workplace. Employers increasingly value soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, as these abilities enable individuals to collaborate effectively and adapt to real-world challenges.
